Common Questions
Are badges available at the door?
Yes. Badges are available for purchase at the convention registration desk. Online purchase is recommended to skip the line.
Is there a children's rate?
Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult. Ages 13–17 receive a discounted rate. ID may be required at check-in.
Are badges transferable?
Badges are non-transferable and must be worn visibly at all times. Lost badges cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
What's the refund policy?
Badges purchased online are refundable up to 30 days before the event. No refunds within 30 days of the convention. Contact us for special circumstances.
